Stacy White

Rains from Hurricane Michael led to rising water levels at Lake Martin, but that will change with the winter drawdown, which begins this week.

Lake Martin is currently at 490.3 feet. The lake will be dropped around 6.3 feet over the next six weeks and should reach winter pool of 484 mean sea level on Nov. 24.
